Whether you’re a beginner or advanced The Sweat Club offers a library of on-demand classes, from quick 10-minute core sessions to intense full-body strength sessions . There are class requiring weights and props but also just body weight classes also. We will be uploading 2 new videos per week to ensure you have a range of classes to choose from.
Our Functional strength classes focus on building full body strength through compound movements , increasing your overall strength and endurance.
Fusion Class
Our Fusion class is a fusion of dynamic Pilates with functional strength movements to help raise the heart rate and work up a sweat.
