Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

Yes all workouts are suitable for beginner up to advanced as we focus on a profession ladder thorough all workouts. Making it the level best suited.

Do I need any equipment for the workouts?

The workouts have equipment in them yes, equipment such as dumbbells, a Pilates ball and ring. Which can be purchased of the internet, to see the best results I would recommend. However, our flow and fusion classes can be completed just bodyweight, for our functional classes anything with a little bit of weight behind would work.

How long are the workouts ?

The workouts will range from 20 minutes, 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time, you can do this by logging into your account, clicking subscriptions and it will take you to a page where you can either pause or cancel your subscription.

The Sweat Club costs £16.99 per month working out at less than £5 per week.
